Need Help with Merchandise Thing

As soon as I read about the new Merchandise Workshop, I thought about making a shirt with Hammer's logo with text saying "Mapper Present".

The thing is, I am too dump to that alone. It would also help to improve the idea.

Here is what I have done so far:

Downloadlink containing a SVG and TGA file.

Might be clear that it needs to be cropped to a circle shape.

Note that the icon actualy contains 2 more green bricks:

Plus you have 1 black line in the handle of the hammer which the icon actualy doesnt have.

Never saw your post until now, as I never expected anybody to actually reply.

What I now need help with instead:
Getting it into the correct format and file size.
Steam said it must be a .psd or .ai with a minimum size of 15"x19" at 300dpi. (Thats 4500 x 5700 pixel)
I am devinately unable to do that. So please help.

EDIT: Feel free to do any modifications. Making it better only helps.

You can't export an .ai file from Inkscape? I'm assuming you used Inkscape since you said you had an SVG.
