need help with lighting

so i need help wiht lighting.
the problem: the skybox is working but lighting is not i dont know how to explain this problem but u can try your self and see

Your map does not have a light_environment. You can add this by creating a light_environment in your level and setting it to the appropriate skybox. Here's the list of skyboxes you can use in your level: https://developer.valvesoftware.com/wiki/Sky_List#Team_Fortress_2
