Most favorites:
Tomislav (1st place)
Backburner (2nd place)
Black Box (3rd place)
Scottish Resistance (4rd place)
Spycicle (5th place)

Least favorites:
Sun-on-a-stick (1st place)
It doesn't even spreads fire!
And -25% damage penalty?! The hell?

Razorback (2nd place)
It's useful for ONCE, one stab, that's it.

Winger (3rd place)
Clip is a lot shorter, only 5 shot?!
Damage increased 15%, but with 5 shots? Crap.

Blutsauger (4rd place)
On hit, +3 health. Good.
Bad thing is your health is draining -2 health per second.
Pretty ironic, isn't it? You're a MEDIC, and actually you lose health.

Natascha (5th place)
I hate this weapon. Period.

Well, I said what i said.
Your turn.

I was going to stop reading here...

But then I skimmed and saw this:

You're a MEDIC, and actually you lose health.

Medic has natural health regeneration abilities of +3 hp/s. The Blutsauger just reduces this to +1hp/s. You don't lose health.

Have you ever used the Blutsauger?

It's pretty deceiving. You don't LOSE health.
Here's the thing: Medics automatically regenerate around 3-6 health per second.
With the Blutsauger equipped, you don't start losing health, you just regen at 1-4 health per second (2 less health per second than previously).

(EDIT: ninja'd)

On the subject of weapons:
Favorites are most of the stocks, the Escape Plan, Market Gardener, Beggars Bazooka.

I think the Sun-on-a-stick is useless.

The Winger is good if you can aim. The Razorback is more useless than the Sun on a Stick.

If you consider the Backburner one your favorite weapons, please tell me you use it with the Powerjack, the Back Scratcher or the Homewrecher/ Maul. So you're either a paranoid Pyro, whose only propose is to Spycheck, or an ambushing Pyro, which plan is to get behind the enemy and help your teammates.

I don't have favourite weapons but I have favourite loadouts. (I suppose that counts)

Soldier: Rocket Launcher, Reserve Shooter, Market Gardener
Pyro: Degreaser, Flare Gun, Axetinguisher
Engineer: Frontier Justice, Gunslinger
Medic: Kritzkrieg, Ubersaw

Ubersaw is probably my most used weapon. I rely on it more than my crossbow.

Least favourite:
Shortstop (it's bloody annoying and it kinda sucks)
Dead Ringer (no explanation necessary)

Personally, i hate the backburner and the phlog.
Those things are basically trading the skillful asset of the pyro, that is airblasting, for a derpy damage/crit charge bonus.

And i use the Axetinguisher to give the burning people the killing blow.

Dude! I tie my shoes AFTER putting them on!

Srsly tho, i do not mean to offend, but some of your comments kinda lacks insight in your own topic. What you're doing here, for example, is that you're using the axtinguisher for exactly what it was designed for. Woo!

Also, please please please, do not make multiple posts in a row ._.

What the fuck does this even mean? How would damage flatten out for multiple points? Shouldn't it only flatten during reload time?

It is flattening during the reload times. It's suppose to show how much damage both the pistols do when you're firing them unabated (with automated reload) at a single target.

The basic idea is this - the Winger is a downgrade if you fire it any longer than 0.85 of a second.

Okay, I get that, but why are there data points during the flat spots? How is the pistol doing 275 total damage three data points in a row?

You answered your own question earlier: the damage isn't increasing when the weapon is reloading. The data points are set up to compare the Winger's damage to the standard pistol in the interval of a standard pistol firing its full magazine, reloading, firing another full magazine and reloading again. The specific point placement is to compare specific moments in the graph (for example, by the time the standard pistol has finished its first reload, the Winger will have caught up in terms of how much damage has been done to the target).

DPS charts are sort of odd things to compare in terms of weapon statistics as generally weapons have more to it than just DPS. Honestly, I wouldn't use the Winger because I use the pistol for more than just finishing off a target with a single shot (which is really the only thing the Winger is better at).
