Texture More Reflective Textures (cubemaps) V7

dabmasterars submitted a new resource:

More Reflective Textures (cubemaps) - Stock TF2 Textures with added cubemap support, allowing for simple performance-friendly reflections.

A collection of default textures with added normal maps and specular maps, allowing them to support cubemap reflections. Since cubemaps are baked, the performance impact is minimal.

To install custom assets, move the folder "reflectivetextures" into ...steamapps/common/Team Fortress 2/tf2/custom/.

The zip file contains:

• "reflective textures" folder with all the assets
• "reflective_zoo" file showcasing the textures
• "README" file

I'm getting 0x80004005 errors trying to install these. Anyone else having this problem? There might just be something wrong with this computer.

weird. maybe it has something to do with the vmt paths. i tried searching this error up and found nothing informative, so the only thing you can do right now is to remove a vmt file, then relaunch hammer, repeat until error goes away to find the problematic file. although i don't know if this is my pack's issue or your pc's.
if anyone else who has some free time is reading this post, try installing the pack and open hammer, if anything goes wrong - report

No I mean it gives me this error any time I try to extract or open any of the files in the ZIP. I tried deleting and redownloading it and got the same results, so I think there's something corrupt in the file. I downloaded two other packs today, and they were both fine.

No I mean it gives me this error any time I try to extract or open any of the files in the ZIP. I tried deleting and redownloading it and got the same results, so I think there's something corrupt in the file. I downloaded two other packs today, and they were both fine.

I also can´t open the zip file, its broken.

try now. i used a different zip compression method (Deflate64 instead of LZMA), this should hopefully fix everything

I tried the file and its fixed now , but i think the error its also on your distant detail props.
