Model browser not showing?

I have the layout of the first 2 cp's done in my map, and went to change the model of a prop_dynamic that I am using to block red from getting past the current zone they should be in, but the model browser doesn't open? I tried restarting Hammer to no avail, I click the browse button however it acts like I didn't even hit it?
