Modding Help?

Alright here's the scoop:

So recently, I downloaded 4 different mods and only 1 of them works. I downloaded all of the mods using Modboy and they are all in steamapps>common>Team Fortress 2>tf>custom but they don't show up in game. Help pl0x?

Are you playing on Valve servers? If so, mods don't work there due to sv_pure 1
