Hi, who are you?
Sorry I got bored fast. Not enough action.
For future reference: Record demo, playback, use a video codec.
Takes longer but works lagless. Oh, you might want to actually just look at a demo recording tutorial for all the info.

watched the first 4 minutes
a few tips (as i used to be a medic before switching to spy 24/7)
1. Primary weapons should be ubersaw + medi gun (either one is fine depending on your preferance). Ubersaw for attacking because of its +25% ubercharge per hit, also because on enemies like scouts w/ sandman (which decreases their hp to 95) and spies its lethal and are the two main classes you should worry about attacking.
However, if you can get a few hits on other classes then fair play, more uber the better.
Use the blutsauger either at long range or retreating to gain HP if you are low, its pretty much useless otherwise (bar a few sprays which lead to luck kills).
2. Always spy check. If someone runs past you and are on OK'ish hp, dont heal them at first (unless they run through you). Use the ubersaw to jab them once and if its a spy, that ubersaw jab will probably kill them, but watch out for dead ringer spies. If the spy comes towards you and you notice its a spy and you kill him, hes probably wanting you to hit him so he can use dead ringer and throw your team.
3. As a medic never turn your back to the enemy spawn. Your lucky you wasnt attacked with a lucky crit rocket/stickie, a pyro using the backburner or a FAN double hit. Even though you didnt die you still wasted an uber by pulling it early and not doing alot with it.
4. Play on some better servers, that must be the only 2fort server iv seen where the enemy team hasnt had sentry guns in the intel room.
Constructive pointers, not flaming you there
The round always ends before I can reach the 8 minute lifetime.
All good pointers, thanks heaps.
@ #4: GameArena pubs for TF2 have wildly irregular levels of skill. I just happened to be on at a time where the other team was pretty crap. There's always one or two great players, but the pyros in general are horrible. The first time I ever played TF2 was the first and last time a pyro CB'ed to put me out.
EDIT: My other two recordings had several ubersaw kills.
Yeah, when i play pub and get set on fire as a spy, i dance around medics who refuse to heal, then dance around pyro's who see me on fire and decide to spy check me rather than CB the fire out !!!!11!!
Its not so much of a problem on 2fort or sawmil as you can head for the drink to extinguish teh flames, but pub pyros with no clue annoy me, along with M1+W pyro's :/
