MCLJam - King of the Hill with trains!

Made for the 2021 72 Hour Jam! I've only ever done payload before, so this should be interesting.

- Fixed some particularly nasty sightlines
- Fixed some clipping issues
- Reduced speed of trains
- Fixed being able to capture the point while standing on a crate
- Made out-of-bounds areas more clear
- Reduced capture time by a third to help the point change hands more frequently
