Mapping Help - Teleporters interaction with Pass_Jack creating issues.

Currently working on a passtime map (the 4v4 passtime community has several mapping resources that makes this easier, so as a result I am not personally a skilled hammer user.) - Trying to use teleports in it for both the player and the ball. However, the ball is presenting an odd issue - When it teleports through, the momentum appears to be completely removed!

However, this is more complex than it seems - When the ball is slowed down before entering the teleporter, a small amount of momentum is carried through. At first, I thought this was just because of the height of the ball carrying through thanks to the local landmark being inside of the teleport trigger. However, when the local landmark was removed and the ball teleported instantly to the info_teleport_entity without its height, it could also mantain a small amount of velocity!

It feels almost exponential, where the faster the ball goes, the more velocity it looses on exist. Any help would be appreciated as this is creating some major issues for what is already going to be a painful map to make. The map files will be included underneath.
