I made my first ever map in dedication to a flash game I play, and i just made a small map to test out some skills you helpful people gave me... lol
When I completed it, I thought this would be the best thing I have ever made. And what does it partially look like?

    To answer your question... This:

Now since I thought it looked good, I decided to invite my friend to show them my creation. And here is where the problem is:

When my friend saw the map, this is all they saw...

Does anyone know why this happens? I have a feeling its because the client doesnt have the custom texture files... is it?

    BINGO that's exactly it.

You can include custom textures into the BSP using a program like PackBSP.

EDIT: Back off Midget he's mine.

Yes, you need to pack the custom materials into the BSP by using a program like packbsp

    EDIT: YOU BASTARD TMP.

Alright I downloaded the file you BOTH suggested me...

    Now I get this problem...

Could not create temporary copy of client registry blob. Pause any game-downloads or wait for Steam to finish updating and try again.

I am not downloading anything, and I have exited Steam, it did an update, I logged back in, restarted PackBSP, same message...
The only thing I have done so far is give it the directory of the Steam folder

Edit: The version downloaded is 2.0.5, maybe I should try it with 2.0.4...
