I found it comical to jump around foundry's flag room up in the ceiling while the entire team tried to kill you.

TF2 hammer doesn't seem to support this gametype as of yet, or if it does I don't see it. While I'm not looking for the grappling hook nor the powerups, I do wonder about the CTF changes and would like to try them out on a map I'm working on. Is it possible to set up the Mannpower ideas of only being able to capture a flag if your flag is at your base as well as flags being recoverable by their own team in current hammer?

You would have to create a situation where it plays well, since that style of flag cap and return was put in because the added mobilty makes it easy to get the flag out of base and way to hard to defend once in the open.

With normal tf2 this style would often end in stalemates since it is hard enough to get the flag out of the base in one go on valve maps.
