Lightning leaking

    That's called lighting.

    Tried making the wall next to it taller and stick it into the ground?

    Yeah. I made it taller now, going to compile to see if it helped.

    The problem you have is to do with lightmap density. Since the wall can't and doesn't split the displacement (something ordinarily done to brushes), it leaks lighting. Your best solution would be to split that into 2 displacements, with the seam underneath the wall.

    Also, this happens frequently with func_details. Try turning that into a regular brush, see if that helps.
