lighting issue, water issue, and area portal issue

Im almost completely done with my map. i ran into a few issues though. My lighting is now worse than it was, the pools are now acting like there is a leak in my map but i cant find one, and also its acting like there is an area portal issue but i cant find the source of it. I found the issue for the water and lighting. i had a row of trees i recently made and i accidentally made them extend outside of the map. Only issue i have now is the building sometimes leaks if you look at it from an angle. im struggling to find the leak if there is one. any tips to fix it?
