koth_tincastle - wow another koth map

a 4v4 (or at least intended to be 4v4) koth map inspired by koth_undergrove and koth_airfield

- unfucked spawn, takes more inspo from koth_kemptown now
- added alternate path from spawn that allows you to enter from the left side
- raised the garage rooves to make it clearer that you are unable to stand on it

- removed the tiny health pack on the left side of the inside area
- added an additional exit to the left side of spawn
