i forgot to add and change respawn times

so now its default 8 second respawn, on cap the now defending team is set to 10 and now attacking team is set to 6

also forgot to not have skybox brushes right on top of spawn rooms (you could see right into the spawn if you were over the roof)

redid layout
changed koth timer to 2:30
added alarm when capping (wouldve been in a1 but i forgot how to do it lol)
vscript now rounds elevator position (might fix issue with dying on elevator for no reason but idk)
