Changes
- Added a 2nd resupply cabinet to spawn

- Added some gameplay signs around mid
- Added a cheeky health pack

- Added more lights in the outdoor sections
- Added a little more color to help distinguish blu's and red's sides
- Walled off the remaining open bits of the lower skybox
- Added some more props for decoration

- Replaced the janky gear lifts with pistons
- Added water to a transport pipe to cushion fall damage
- Added a prop jump to let players...
