CTF map for the 72hr jam, I don't think I'll be able to get past an a1 with the time I have, but I wanted to do something.

Yes, the map name is a pun on "Joe Q. Public"

uwil updated joqpublic with a new update entry:

-changed some parts of mid to mitigate a bad crack sightline
-changed pickup placement / added more ammo pickups
-removed instant respawn for whenever a flag is captured to prevent turtling
-increased the starting time by 1 minute
-changed the dropdown in the flag room to give better angles on sentry spots

I'll work on figuring out a better way of implementing the drop down later but have these quick fixes for now
-removed the timer
-lowered the respawn timer
-added some geo around the flag
