Jerrycan V2 - Partake in a classic American passtime: killing people for crude oil.

A brand new map! Based on an old map!
I wanted to try to bring Jerrycan, a favorite map that I made, to the level of my current mapping ability. I've kept the theming, the final setpiece and a bit of geometry around first that I thought played well, but otherwise its an entirely new map.

Features:
- Elevator gameplay!
- Pipe gameplay!
- Fun gameplay(?)

Changelog
- Fixed respawn timers for last, no more 40 second respawn times
- Widened a bunch of doorways for better gameplay
- Changed B, much larger and added a new path for BLU that kinda sucks but who knows
