I need help opening/locating hammer.exe

What was the issue? It'll help future googlers.

when i would go through this process steam>steamapps>common>tf2>bin>hammer.exe and get to tf2 there would be no bin folder.
tbh i dont really know how i fixed it. What i did was right click tf2 on steam went to properties clicked the local files tab went to browse local files and then for some reason bin was there. (sorry if this is a little wordy)

Also, it seems as though Valve continualy uses TF2 as it's (for lack of a more appropriate, and non-offensive word) concubine/slave for the system. It still has a loyal community of followers, though 50,000 isn't a huge game. it is the perfect size to abuse "for the greater good" and not tick people off because they love the game so much and are vested in it, wheras if Blizzard pulled the s*!t that Valve does, they would soon find themselves out of players. BTW, does anyone know the player-stats of Overwatch?
