HyperFlame - mvm both teams

I am trying to make mvm maps that allow you to play on both teams (also playing with bots sucks)

Completely changed the map and added giants as well as the gates from Manhattan. like before do not play with bots AT ALL.
also red have bullet resistances like in mvm

Bugs:
a minor visual bug that effects the blu team showing all the vaxinator icons above there head even though they do not really use the resistances
