See it says prop static, however when I double click on it, it doesn't bring me to the menu of an entity. So I can't rotate it the way I want to.

here is what I mean by entity menu

The first screen said multiple objects, The reason is because that cart is a group. 1 of the pieces is the cart model and the other piece is a displacement showing it containts gold. This doesnt give you that entity window. You can right click and pick manipulate and just rotate it by giving the degrees as a value for Z. This should prevent you from having to ungroup it.

    ctrl+m

    Rotate it in the x/y/z

You can also use ctrl+m to scale and move objects too.

You appear to have it grouped with something else. Try ungrouping it and then double-click. (Actually use alt-enter too.)

Or, if you want to leave it grouped, you'll have to just manually rotate or use ctrl-m.

    Is that a prefab?
You can click twice on the object in the 2d view and than rotate it.

And one small thing. If you are going to release this as a map, please make sure you aren't using any hl2 textures. ;)

    OMFG, 3 ninjas :O

No, don't worry I'm not using HL2 textures, those simply look ugly when used in TF2.
Oh and BTW the second screenshot isn't even my map. It's some screenshot I found on the internet to show what I had meant.
