After making the spawn room I relized I am too layzy to make it into a full building and I shoved it out side of the map and the spawn door is in the skybox. Well I can see the spawn room thru the skybox. How di I fix this?

I don't understand what you have done and why. Could you post a screenshot?

    Okay.

Skybox brushes don't hide stuff that's behind them. You can't use them to make concealed spaces to give the illusion of entering somewhere that's much larger than its outward appearance, like the TARDIS in Doctor Who. If a player can walk to the place that's being hidden by Skybox brushes, they will render that place through the Skybox brushes. If you want to hide something you have to cover it up.

I don't understand why you have a spawn door leading to what is essentially a void.

technically you can hide stuff behind skybox brushes. cp well does it (you would see the rocket from mid, its way larger than the base facade). You need to make sure your map is properly optimized for it to work, so that the front and the back of the skybox are in different visgroups.

If that doesn't work you could use cubemaps to fake the effect.

Visgroups are in the editor/build. They don't exist at runtime. What you mean is pvs.
