Soldier is free

Changelog
Adjusted clipping
Raised skybox to let soldier jump more
Provided several high ground spots for soldier
Raised bridges up
Changed round timer from 90 to 180 seconds
Opened up point on hill allowing more high ground options for soldier
Removed resups
Made spawn doors one way
Blocked off stalls with block bullets and added a few extra planks to help indicate this
Changed the fence at mid
