Help. I am very new to map making and I have minor issue

I am going through UEAKCrash's tutorials and I just got to the part when I opened the prop library for the first time (A Boojum Snark's TF2 Mapping Resource pack) and for some reason I have to have my camera about 2 nose lengths away from the models for them to render(?) properly

EDIT: And some of the biggest models won't render(?) at all

Try increasing your model render distance in the Tools > Options
