If you want to teleport the HHH (or any entity connected to an env_entity maker), simply set up a condition whereupon the condition is met, set an AddOutput origin (enter coordinates here, seen in the bottom right of the hammer window for whatever's selected). For instance, OnallTrue, Env_entity_maker, AddOutput origin -2000 2000 2400

THEN set it to forcespawn from that env_entity_maker a fraction of a second later (or however long you like).

Don't use point_teleport, it's buggy as hell.
