Good winter/snow themed model and texture packs?

I know the arctic pack is currently under development, but while it is, I was wondering if anyone can link me to some current and released packs or just single downloads for winter/snow themed textures, models, and effects.

I believe there's an official TF2Maps.net arctic pack coming out soon, they probably have a few assets already.
