My First map, may contain so bugs.
Wow, for a first map, this looks really good! Going to download it and run around it ASAP and see what I can find
In the fourth screenshot, why is there a door there? It'd suck to be someone who just walks through it to find no stairs or ramp behind it, and to just fall to a painful, clumsy death.
Why is that ceiling black when there's lights RIGHT there?
Respawn visualizers are appearing for their own team. Make sure you have the spawn room set correctly.
Those stairs are just a bit awkward. Their very narrow, and they aren't clipped which results in your view bobbing up and down while walking on them. Add a ramp over the stairs with a clip texture to prevent this.
What exactly is the point of those windows? The fence blocks any snipers trying to use them to attack players below.
Along with this, the entire map just feels rather small. As a HEAVY (the slowest class, obviously), I can get from my intel "room" to the enemy's and BACK in 43 seconds. For comparison, it takes a minute and ten seconds as a SCOUT on 2fort. There's also only one route into the intel room.
That said, it still definitely LOOKS very nice.
Keep in mined that this is my first map and do not no everything, This was made to test if I could use what had learned.

I understand that this is your first map, but you need to know what's wrong with it in order to learn
As a relatively new mapper myself, I'd highly recommend not throwing out a final right away, otherwise criticism here isn't as meaningful. If you post a final with no intention of changing it, your learning experience is lessened because you can't actively change the map in response to the criticism and learn though your mistakes. Of course, criticism here may help you with your next map so more power to ya.
For a first map, great job, but you should really make it much bigger, maybe make the middle bigger and put some cover in it, and make at least one more route to the Intel so it's harder to turtle. If you look at 2fort, you can see there is multiple routes criss-crossed throughout the map that eventually reach the intel
For your first map, it's looking quite good.
However, that door in the spawn room... like Harpo_53 said, it needs stairs/ramp.
Or, remove the door and place it inside, on the wall: it will make it look like a person (let's say the administrator in this case) comes in the booth and observes the room: it becomes an observation booth (Just like thoses in Portal...) that only personel inside the building (aka areas you cannot access) can access.
