Gamedays are usually held weekly on Saturdays, there is currently an EU gameday still accepting maps: https://tf2maps.net/threads/eu-gameday-saturday-3rd-september.30010/

Also, try watching the server events forum so you're notified when a gameday is announced

Really late question, sorry for the necropost but I haven't seen a mention of this issue anywhere- what's the current policy on maps that use server commands? Specifically, if a map used a point_servercommand to alter a cvar, or alter a sourcemod setting, what's the admins' position?

I believe you can use servercommand with the permission from the staff members but since imps can be ran without staffs, you may not be allowed to use it.
