floister - Small deathmatch map set in the middle of nowhere.

Name is derived from the 'cloister' map I had a try with modifying in 2017 maybe. The map is a small set of ruins and underground tunnels to fight in. Inspired by Italian architectural arches.

I had issues with playtesting earlier where custom sounds packed into the mapfile would not play and be marked as missing. Please let me know if this issue persists.
