Fellas, how can i add these things to my map?

These does not sound like something impossible, but still i would apreciate if someone would tell me that it is, if that is true.

1. thing that could give a signal of sort every 5 or 10 seconds

2. The other thing that will recieve the signal and kill all the players in the certain area while active

3. add fire effects to that thing while active

4. add pyro`s flamethrower sound while active

It can` be too hard, can it?
