the hatch is prop_dynamic so it doesn't provide any collision to ragdolls and other things
you can just fix that by moving the last path_track where the Tank is going to deploy at or clip the hatch with some tools/npc (because apparently the ONLY thing that the tank cares about is this, otherwise it doesn't give a shit about clipping)
