"Failed to load libraries." Hammer++

Ok, so hammer++ after 19 of Feb, when TF2 had a Patch update, isn't opening.

I looked around the internet, and no-one is really talking about how this happening, so I'm making this mainly to have people talk about it.

I'm also going to bring this to the GitHub project as a issue too, if anyone knows why this error is poping up, that would be great. It's happening with my main computer and laptop, so I don't think it's a hardware issue, and I would like to show what the error say's, but... It seems I can't post images.

there is already a hotfix for that just download hammer++ from the website again
