Embeding custom models and sounds in the map compiled file

Hi, I have a map with custom models, but when I compile the map and test in on a different computer, the custom models are not there, instead the missing model texture is loaded (the error thing).

When I open the map file, I've notice there's not custom models (neither custom .wav files). How can I make the Hammer editor to include those custom files in the map file? (I am using Hammer++)
