I was thinking of Making a TF2 DoTA map.

Bots run out along 3 paths, sentrys as towers, control point as ancients. Just couldnt figure out how to make the bots attack the other bots.

Anyway, a RTS from Valve would be interesting. It would have to be a new engine, or a extremely modified version of Source.

I think there was a TF2 DotA mod already, but i dont remember the name, and from the video it seemed to suck a bit. (Or was it a map?)

I thought Valve didn't have bad developers

OH WAIT

And DotA is NOT a mod and was NEVER the first AOS type map either. It's like saying Badwater was the first Payload map and then making thousand slightly different versions of Badwater.
It's just a map for WC3. Thing is, maps are way more customizable than, say, in Source. All of it has been made in the editor, there was no external modding involved. Heck, adding a custom texture is already more "modding" than making a WC3 map.
