hello guys i want to know something like what is the brush entity when it work:
it makes in screen colors like wubwubwub?
it makes everyone coated with jarate?
it stop taunts?

If you mean the flashing lights in wubwubwub, I'm pretty sure those are func_brush -es set to not solid, to flash, and probably parented to something rotating.
