Added another level and smoothed out where the mega health is. Changed weapons you spawn with.

- Disconnected the two towers at the mid level
- Changed power up location, added invisibility power up
- Smoothed the inside of the bucket for surfing w/ chainsaw
- Completely Overhauled Skybox
- Added killbox at top of map to prevent escaping the bucket
