b3 update

-minor layout change
-made perimeter ring disconnected
-removed haste & berserk powerups
-added powerup briefcase
-added turbine vents to the towers
-shuffled some weapon pickups
-drastically decreased weapon respawn time

b2d update

- Widened gap between tower mid section
- Adjusted launch pads
- Minor skybox tweek
- Minor tweek to tower width in the middle

b2c update

- Disconnected the two towers at the mid level
- Changed power up location, added invisibility power up
- Smoothed the inside of the bucket for surfing w/ chainsaw
- Completely Overhauled Skybox
- Added killbox at top of map to prevent escaping the bucket

- Further smoothed out mega health area
- Added some jump pads
- Improved preexisting jump pads
- Other minor tweeks.
