Gameplay Changes:
- Added timer doors (you have to wait 30 seconds to go to the CP (TEST))
- Removed Wooden Tower at mid
- Changed BLU Spawn Stairs - takes more time to take control over the top
- Added some planks on the point to easily reach Buildings roofs
TIMINGS CHANGES:
Point unlock - 20s ==> 30s
Point cap time - 10s ==> 12s
Cosmetics Changes:
- Moved lovely pigeons
- Moved parasites
- Removed some parasites
- Added out-bounds area
