Tumbledown - A classic throw down in the town that never was.

Tumbledown is a map set in the forgotten husk of a town that was once being built in the badlands. Stuck in a state of mid-construction, battle for this once ambitious project and all the leftover land that has remained untouched.

Finally found the time to go back to this map to fix up a few things!
Patch Notes:

  • Widened several passages.
  • Opened up the 1st control point to make it easier to take.
  • Added a faster route for Red to get to first.
  • Added additional areas between 1st and 2nd, as well as 2nd and 3rd.
  • Added another route to 3rd, making attacking the high ground easier.
  • Reduced the respawn time for Red on last.

Patch Notes!

- Removed the overview RED had near B.
- Increased the distance between C and RED spawn.
- Made the capture areas for A and B bigger.
- Increased the height of the Skybox.
- Added some more pickups near C for RED.
- Widened the platform towards B.
- Increased the height of the Jump Only path towards A.
- Made it so only fast class like Scout can jump from A to BLU's flank route.
- RED can no longer look into BLU spawn.

Patch Notes for A4
  • Moved BLU spawn further away from A, made Train Area into a buffer area to fight.
  • Reworked the route from A to B and B to C in severely major ways.
  • Added two different forward spawns instead of one that swaps, due to the changes in routes and layouts around the point.
  • Hopefully further optimized.

Patch Notes
  • Moved B closer to C, making it easier for RED to approach and defend.
  • Rework the area between B and C to make more use of space, and added cover against Sniper Sightlines.
  • Added a stairway so players can get into the red building from C instead of being one-way.
  • Removed a route to C, focusing players into an area more often.
  • Add a small broken window so players can shoot onto the point from a safe zone.
  • Fixed the one-way doors.
  • Changed several ammo packs.
  • Added a small jump-route in the train section, and for players to use the roof route to A.
  • Added textures to some areas to break up the grey.
  • The slow door now opens left and right, no longer requiring crouching to enter.
  • Added a window near the one-way door to C so players can see how dangerous it is before they proceed.

Patch Notes!
  • Added more crate props to block certain sightlines and act as cover.
  • Reworked B to have more cover, as well as more routes to approach from.
  • C's routes were reworked again, allowing the side passage onto C. The under passage has been shifted to be more easy to notice.
  • Moved the one-way door to C from the right route to the left.
  • Added stairs to access the flank route to B.
  • Moved BLU's forward spawn closer to C.
  • Removed unnecessary parts of the map.
  • Added more pickups.
  • Made BLU spawn mildly more interesting to entertain players during setup.
