Changes made for cp_menneck_a3
-Made mines do less damage (170)
-Added some barbed wire to the bottom of the "death pits" at mid
-Fixed playerclipping on crates that block staircase door (by explosive barrel)
-Fixed glass on mid
-Added nobuild to the holes blown in the walls on mid
-Slightly raised skybox by barbed wire on mid ( for jumping soldiers/ demos to make it easier to cross)
-Fixed playerclips on the little canopies on last
-Fixed some missing wall textures outside of the map (view-able when rocket/sticky jumping)
-Gave the underwater silo floor a new texture (awkwardly shiny before)
-Fixed playerclip on 2nd for both points
-Fixed a crouch glitch on 2nd with the wood planks blocking the object
-Improved player clip on the open boxes on 2nd
-Added nobuilds in the open boxes on 2nd
-Added a nobuild on top of the barrels (explosive barrel building)
-Fixed sniper sightline with the small crate leading up to forward spawns
-Added nobuild on small crate to left building leading to last
-Added some detailing to the office rooms at mid
