cp_airship_race - Reimagined take on the balloon_race concept

As of A5 assets are packed properly and the map plays and loads correctly between both versions of the game!

CP_AIRSHIP_RACE​

Mode: Capture Points
Victory Conditions: Capture all four points or be the first airship to complete a lap
Players: Up to 32

This is intending to be a modern, remastered version of the original Balloon Race map concept with many balance and map layout improvements, it's in an early alpha stage, but A5 is perfectly playable currently!

In a4_preview, I've set up a demonstration of the new ship / spawn setup I'm working on, in the preview version it is currently the only place red will spawn so be aware. Additionally, the func_doors are broken and will need to be replaced as they drift through the ship geometry while open. Here's a short video I recorded yesterday of hopping around on it.

The Big Alpha Update

After ripping up the entire map, shrinking it's overall area by 55%, and re-implementing large parts of the map's core functionality, it is now completely functional again from a raw gameplay perspective. Aesthetically the map is a lot rougher than A3, and the lighting has been set to fullbright for this release until proper lighting can get added throughout the map.

The Major Changes:

- The airships are now a lot larger, and players spawn on them.

Now Cross-Compatible!

A smaller update compared to a4, this one focuses more on the rough level aesthetic and updating the 3d skybox to match the new level layout.

The map will also load and play properly without crashing retail TF2 now, so that's pretty neat. The only major difference I observed between classic and retail is the fire particles for the old balloon explosion don't play properly in retail and will need to be fixed in a future update.
