Cow buffed!?!?!?

-Fixed first point health being 500 instead of the intended 2000 (scouts could destroy it in just 5 shots and i think thats dumb
-added alert triggers for red when a blu player is near the cow
-added announcer
-added better signs
-added combat message at start of round to explain your objective
-changed milk texture to crumbly milk
-changed blu spawn back to regular gorge ( i want to keep this vanilla)
-removed all dumb signs
-removed cheese from Cow a
