Large update, Added a few missing props including the ENTIRE scaffolding set
Added skins
Moved a few things around to make room for skinned props

Sorry to the people who got this yesterday and the makers of the pack for forgotten the props, I really should have made sure that i got everything first. I am almost 100% sure i have everything this time but then again i also added skins so some of them could be missing too. If you find anything is missing please alert me, as I would hate to misrepresent the amount of content that is in the pack.

You might try Packbsp I don't know how to pack rat at all either and i find packbsp much easier to use

They won't until someone makes a map using at least a lot of them that goes official. Just as well; they're probably planning to update it at least once with suggestions and hopefully minor fixes.
