Combining Payload and CTF

    I want to make a map where BLU wins if they can get the cart to their base, and RED wins if they can steal the precious cargo (i.e. flags, several of them) from the cart. Is that possible, and how would I do that?

    The Main difficulty would be the HUD. You would have to choose between the pl HUD and the ctf HUD. If you choose pl HUD, not enough info for RED and ctf HUD doesn't give enough info for BLU.
    However if you do choose one of these HUDs are adequate, making the "cargo" would be as easy as parenting the intel to the cart, then you just build the payload and flag game mechanics separately, (provided the is only one win outcome for each team, you probably don't want RED to win by time or caps) or copy them from boojum's library and edit it.

    Thanks for the help. For the HUD I would have the payload HUD but with the number of flags that RED has as a number on top of it.

    Sorry, but you cant create custom HUDs, you couldnt show the flags :(

    You could have the number of flags in some text above the HUD but if you do that be careful it doesn't look horrible and more distracting than helpful. (I'm not sure what entity would add the text as I haven't done this effect before.)
