The Shrinkening

- Removed tons of unecessary areas

The Returning Update

- Rework flag return mechanics -> Flags now turn neutral before returning but disable shotclock mode
- Reduce flag return pickup cooldown from 15 -> 8 seconds
- Block off high ground flank routes from flag area to lower area
- Reduce size of bottom mid entrances

I've noticed that you're using a custom no-entry texture, so here's a suggestion: The stock one uses a special shader parameter called $distancealpha to produce a super-high-detailed, almost vector-like edge from a relatively low-res texture. Here's some info on how it works and how to create one, as well as Valve's SIGGRAPH paper about it. It's a fascinating read if nothing else.

Right now the no flag texture isnt a custom one... But that technique does look pretty interesting and i was gonna have to replace it at some point anyway so ill take a stab at using it, thanks for the tip!
