CP CCP Hydro Alpha 2

CCP Hydro - Hydro's middle four points but you rotate between them.

Hydro seems like it may fit the Cyclic Control Points format better than Nucleus did.

Made the points properly arranged in a clockwise cycle.
Fixed other major issues, but...
Visually broke one of the spawn doors, the model doesn't move with the door. I'll fix that later.
