    Thanks. Now how do I make a face of a displacement brush invisible? It's rendered when I apply noclip on it. ._.

    If you mean all faces other than the displacement surface, try nodraw.

    Oops. Yeah I mean nodraw, but it still renders.

    Hmm. I didn't know that. I'd have to do my displacements all over again.

    Not necessarily, you can destroy displacements on individual faces if you use the texture tool.
