I'm in the process of building a TF2 map and I've ran into a snag.
I'm just not sure of the correct method to achieve the result I'm looking for.
The idea for this room is to have posts/beams on the outer walls that have glass between them to provide a glass wall and ceiling.
A few pictures of what I have:
The problem:
As you can see, the problem I'm having with this area is how to deal with the posts/beams on the two corners. What's the correct way to do this? I rotated the one post 45 degrees, but it's vertices do not want to align with the grid. Is there an easier way to accomplish this task? Or is there possibly another way of building the posts/beams in this room to conform to the angle of the wall?
Any ideas appreciated and welcome!
*Also posted on the Steam SDK forums, but I figured I'd get a better response here.*
