bots?

Im creating a map in Hammer Editor.

all achievement maps i see have 20ish bots, where when 1 dies they respawn instantly.

1 example is the achievement pyro server.

How do I get bots on my map, and control them like having medics heal so they gain uber, and stuff like that.
