The capture zones were very, very small and it seemed like a single crit sticky could clear the point no matter how many attackers.

needs more heigh difference in the yard and a bit of tweaking at the mid, going quite well though.

The spawns need to be changed. You have to do a 180 out of them to go to yard, and having to of them separated that far apart with no connection between them isn't a very good idea. Your yard and last are both just big boring squares.

I'd consider moving up to 5cp.

Could use some height variation, here.

Also, put a wall with arrows pointing out between the two spawns. I can't tell you how many times I ran from one straight into the other.
